Presently, we’re expanding our sales team. We primarily sell Home, Auto, Medical and Commercial Insurance.

  2) Work from home and our office.

  3) Earn commission on new business and renewals.

  6) Sales agents get flexible hours.

  7) You’ll receive sales training to sell Insurance Companies’ products.

  8) You’ll get on-line access to quotes, underwriting manuals and guidelines.

  9) You’ll receive marketing materials such as newsletters, brochures, notepads, magnets, key tags and postcards.

10) You may be offered a chance to attend a Company sponsored sales training school. Expenses paid. Subject to 
      availability.

11) Sales support. We’ll help you determine and underwrite preferred accounts.

12) Service support. Our staff services the clients allowing you the time to sell more policies.

13) A comfortable working environment. Our dress code is business-casual.

  2) Must have a current California Fire & Casualty Insurance License.

  3) Must have two or more years of insurance sales experience. No exceptions.

  4) Must be able to develop your own leads and referrals.

  5) Must be knowledgeable in personal and/or commercial lines insurance.

  6) Must be personable and approachable.

  7) Must be able to set and achieve sales goals.

  8) Must be Professional, Reliable and Motivated.

  9) Must be computer literate.

10) College Degrees are preferred, but may be offset by insurance industry experience.

Your resume is required. Referrals are a plus. Background checks will be performed.
