Ways to Pay
The Flex Pay Plan offers a variety of fast, easy payment options. Pay the minimum amount, the full amount or any amount in between.
Automatic
Enroll in the Flex Check program and save on monthly Service Charges. Payments are automatically deducted from your designated financial account.
Internet
Visit the website above and pay by electronic funds transfer, credit card or debit card. Note: Some online billing options may not be available for your billing plan. Access the web site above to determine if this option is available on your billing account.
By Phone
Call 1-800-282-1446 and pay be electronic funds transfer, credit card or debit card.
By Mail
Mail your check or money order, along with the payment slip to:

Please include your policy number or account number on the check.
Billing Terms and Conditions
Payment of the minimum amount due is required for continued coverage on all policies listed on this account.
To avoid future Service Charges pay the current account balance in full.
A Reinstatement Charge may be applied for any payment received after the date due.
Any check, electronic funds transfer, credit card or debit card payment refused by your financial institution may be subject to a Non-Sufficient Funds Charge.
Any changes made to your policy(s) after the bill is prepared will be reflected on your next billing statement.
Premium payment is only required if there is a minimum due on your account.
If no payment is due, but there is an account balance remaining, you may make a payment to avoid Service Charges on future billing statements.
Flex One Billing Agreement
Flex One Account Billing allows you to have multiple policies on just one account. By payment of the premium due, you accept these special provisions:
Any premium payment received, whether or not designated for specific policies, will apply to the premium due for the entire account.
Any return premium from the cancellation of one or more policies will apply the unpaid balance, if any, of the entire account. IF there are no unpaid balances, any unused premium will be refunded to you.
If the total monthly minimum premium due is not paid, all policies on the account may be cancelled or terminated.
