Please complete the simple form below to move your active Allied Insurance policy(ies) such as home, auto, rental, motorcycle, scooter, boat, jetski, golf cart, etc. to our office. A separate form is required for each policy you move to Shorr Agency.

We must receive this Agent Change request prior to the renewal of your policy. All agent changes take place at renewal time. We are unable to make changes or view your policy until the renewal date. At that time, our office will become your agent and receive a copy of your policy. We will contact you.
