Periodically, we are seeking individuals who wish to pursue a career in the insurance industry. We're looking for producers to develop, sell and service new insurance policies. As a producer, you must be able to find leads, quote our products, recommend the correct insurance coverages, fully complete applications and close the sale.
Our Focus:
We represent Preferred insurance companies. New customers must fit our insurance companies underwriting requirements. We provide Personal and Commercial Lines insurance policies.
1. Personal Lines includes: home, condo, renters, rentals, earthquake, auto, motorcycle, motor home, boat, personal
watercraft and umbrella.
2. Commercial Lines includes: Business Owners Policies (BOPs), General Liability and Professional Liability for Office,
Retail, Food & Auto Service. Additionally, we have markets for 150 classes of business.

Our Agency primarily represents Nationwide Insurance and their products. Nationwide offers a call service center for its agents and customers. The service center is available 24/7. Nationwide has over 33,000 employees and is a Fortune 100 Company.
Once a policy is written through Nationwide, customers can contact the service center for policy changes such as adding/removing cars or changing a mortgagee, make payments, and ask what-if questions allowing producers more time to cultivate new accounts. Home Office:
This is a work from home position. Wear comfortable clothes. Your home environment must be free from background noises such as children and pets during working hours. From time to time, you may have to venture out and meet a client. We have two offices for you to meet in: Rolling Hills Estates and Rancho Santa Margarita. Business casual attire is required. Additionally, your cell phone will be assigned an extension from our toll free office number.

Requirements:
Applicant must have:
1. 4+ years of insurance agency or insurance company experience or a degree from a four year college or university.
2. A current Property & Casualty / Fire insurance license in the State of California.
3. Be personable, positive, outgoing, and have a friendly attitude.
4. A strong product knowledge of insurance.
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. A computer.
7. A smartphone.
Reasonable production quotas will be discussed.

Compensation:
