We work with you on an individual basis to find a policy that best suits your needs. Our team is dedicated to providing the assurance that your family and possessions are secure.
Core Coverages: Dwelling, Other Structures, Personal Property, Loss of Use, Personal Liability, Medical Payments to Others, and your Deductible.
Coverages to Consider: Extended Replacement Cost, New Belongings Replacement Cost, Identity Theft, Home Warranty Plan, Ordinance & Law, Personal Injury, Backup of Sewer & Drains, and Scheduled Jewelry & Bicycles.
Home Insurance Policy Forms to consider: HO-3 vs. HO-5:
The majority of home insurance policies are issued as a Standard HO-3 Policy - Named Perils.
However, you have the option of improving your coverage with an HO-5 policy - All Risk.
While an all-risk policy covers everything unless excluded, a named perils policy only covers what's included. ... Any peril not named in the policy is excluded, as are some specified perils. Named perils policies are also called covered perils policies.
Available Discounts: Age of Insured, Claims Free, Gated Community, Home Purchase, Home Renovation, Multi-Policy, Marriage, Smoke Alarm, Central Station Burglar Alarm, Central Station Fire Alarm, Roof and Year of Construction.
New Stuff: Please review your home insurance policy. During the year, you may have purchased items that should be specifically insured on your policy such as wedding and engagement rings, guns, golf clubs, and high-end bicycles (eBikes, mountain & road). It's a good idea to call your agent and discuss the coverage you may already have in place and the coverage to consider putting in place.
Home Remodels: If you've recently remodeled your home, added a room, pool, spa, built-in BBQ, gazebo, firepit, then contact your agent to make sure that you've got coverage.
Recommendation: We suggest that you take photos / video of your home and personal belongings at least once a year. If you ever have a claim, you'll be glad that you did. Be sure to open up closets, drawers, and cabinets to show all the items inside. Hold onto the photos / video in a safe place or in the cloud.
